Walden is pleased to announce the opening of The Cove/DFZ, a youth recovery center, on January 31st! The Cove/DFA welcomes teens with a safe, fun, and sober environment.  The center is for youth ages 12-17 who are having problems with drugs or alcohol. This free center invites teens to come by and play some x-box, have a go at the punching bag, shoot some pool, or hang out! The Cove will also provide a job board, food, games, computer lab and a variety of activities on site and out in the community. Find The Cove/DFZ soon on Facebook, Twitter, You Tube and Tumblr for all our upcoming events and more information! The Cove is located off of St. Andrews Church Rd on the Walden campus, and is open starting February 4th,  M-F 3-8pm, and Sun 12-6pm. For more information, call us at 301-997-1300 x 865 or go online to www.waldensierra.org.
