Counseling

Individuals and families-no matter what their age-- can experience stress, crisis and unhappiness from so many things in today's world. Our counseling services are available to individuals and families. Our confidential services include:

• Individual counseling
• Family counseling (counseling is offered to individuals in the family with options for counselor-facilitated meetings of the family to improve communication)
• Adolescent and children's counseling services are available at Walden facilities. Via a partnership with St. Mary's County Public Schools, counselors are also available to children and adolescents identified as in need by the school system.
• Marriage/relationship counseling
• Domestic Violence counseling
• Counseling for victims of assault or abuse
• Children of Divorce services
• Family/Parenting groups
• Individual counseling for children, adolescents and adults
• Anger Management groups for adolescents
