Beginning on 7/1/10 Walden implemented the following new ways to recognize staff!
Pass It Along TOADly Awesome Pin
Co-workers will pass along their pin on a weekly basis to a peer either in person or anonymously.
Lily Pad Spot Award
Supervisors will be able to recognize at least 2 staff per quarter for pack movie ticket prize pack (4 tickets) to be presented directly to the team member.
“Golden Frog” Award
Staff will submit nomination forms to HR for selection of Employee of the Quarter in the following categories: administration; counselor; and direct care. Winners will receive a
- golden frog label pin
- $50 restaurant gift certificate*
- special recognition on the staff website
“Diamond Frog” Award
Staff will submit nomination forms to HR for selection during nomination period for Employee of the Year in the following categories: administration; counselor; and direct care. Winners will receive
- a crystal frog label pin
- $200 hotel gift certificate*
- special recognition on the staff website
