Fit for Recovery- a free exercise class adds to wellness options at Beacon of Hope
We are very grateful to have volunteer and trained fitness instructor Paige Fletcher with us at Beacon of Hope Recovery and Wellness Centers most Saturdays from 1:30 to 2:30. Paige’s free exercise class works out the muscles while being a chance to talk with others about recovery topics and the importance of wellness in recovery. The class is weekly. Recovery & Wellness Community Block Party 9/29
It’s a Party in the Park on Sunday, September 29th from 2-5 p.m., celebrating recovery and wellness. All ages are invited to come out and enjoy a rain or shine afternoon of free fun and food. Games, activities, music, henna tattoo artist, face painting, wellness information, Reggie the Magic Man and more!
